Bonjour, and welcome to the website of My Home In France on the world wide web. My name is Terry Avery. (Unfortunately, I am now an older çversion of the photo at left J)      After having retired from teaching French at Greenwich, CT High School, I now take very small groups of four to six people on tours. They stay with me in La Maison des Arches for a week. We experience what Provence has to offer, but the theme is shopping for antiques. My clients purchase antiques, which I then arrange to have shipped back to the States. Since it was featured in Architectural Digest (February 1996), it is much sought after by people who come back year after year, and recommend it to their friends.       When several of my friends who have homes as charming as La Maison des Arches noticed that it was always rented, they asked, "Why not ours?"      My Home In France is a group of friends who have lovely homes in Provence and Paris which we use for ourselves as secondary homes.
